INSOO CHANG

Insoo is currently an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School. Prior to joining Harvard, Insoo was a Senior Vice President at Citigroup's Strategic Investment Team. His journey at Citigroup began with the Financial Leadership Development Program, which provided him with robust experiences through two key rotations. In Corporate Strategy, he led the $14B divestiture of Citi Asia Businesses. Meanwhile, in Cards and Personal Lending, he played a key role in the Hilton business development project. Subsequently, Insoo served as the Chief of Staff to the CEO of Citi Wealth, assisting in aligning organizational strategies. In his tenure at the Strategic Investment Team, he spearheaded key initiatives, identifying inorganic growth avenues, investing in nascent WealthTech startups primarily in Seed and Series-A stages, and launching Citi Alliance, a startup in Citi Wealth that was focused on independent registered investment advisors.

Beyond the confines of Citigroup, Insoo showcased his entrepreneurial flair by co-founding Notedsource, a startup aimed at connecting Fortune 500 corporations with the academic realm. This venture gained traction by joining the TechStars 2021 program and successfully raised $2M in its initial seed round.

Away from the demands of his professional commitments, Insoo is huge enthusiast of sports, particularly basketball, lifting, running, and hiking, with an aim to climb Mount Kilimanjaro by the end of this year.
